Crazy Cat Bold Dark: Brazil/Colombia

Crazy Cat was inspired by a local coffee drinker, who wanted something bolder in our line-up. 

Crazy Cat is a 50/50 blend of Brazil and Colombia - roasted dark.

Tasting notes: A lot of attitude mixed with dark mischief along side toffee tones, chocolate, a heavy body, sweet balanced citric and low acidity. 

This coffee is a great mid morning wake up call!

We source sustainable coffee working directly with brokers for small farmers all over - Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Honduras, and Africa to ensure the farmers are the ones getting compensated for their wonderful beans! We roast on a small 10lbs fluid bed roaster.
